Mr. Baur has over 25 years of institutional investment experience, spanning fundamental equity, quantitative hedge funds and multi-asset portfolios. He has been involved in nearly every element of the investment process, from managing fundamental research teams and portfolio teams, to risk management, portfolio construction, and implementation. He co-founded Summit Strategies Group in 1994, and his previous positions include Chief Operating Officer of the institutional division of Evergreen Investments, and Director of Research for Montgomery Asset Management. Kent received his BS in Finance from the University of Missouri and is a CFA charter holder.
